What is yoga and why practise it?
Yoga promotes mind, body and breath control leading us into holistic harmony. I offer a variety of styles to suite the individual.
Hatha is a slower paced, restorative practice. Hatha focuses on opening the body and centering the breath thru a series of stationary poses and pranayama (breathing exercises).
Sequencing and flowing movements that lead you from pose to pose, connecting movement and breath. Keeps your heart rate up while stretching and toning the whole body.
Yoga Pilates flow
Links the benefits of both worlds taking the abdominal and postural work from Pilates and fusing it with the deep stretching and strengthening aspects of yoga.
